Mr. Yuvraj Singh Solanki is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in the mining and infrastructure sectors across India and Ethiopia. As Managing Director of Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited (SMASL) and Board Member, he has led major milestones including securing one of India’s largest MDO contracts — the PB Block in Jharkhand, with an annual production target of 15 million tonnes of coal for 25 years, along with the Dulanga Coal Block.His international exposure includes key roles in Ethiopia’s Danakil Potash Project (2009–2011) and the successful establishment of a sugar plant (2012–2016), strengthening his global business acumen.Returning to India, Mr. Solanki co-founded Sainik Infratec, a fast-growing, family-owned enterprise driven by a new-generation leadership vision.An alumnus of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, and De Montfort University, Leicester Business School (UK), Mr. Solanki combines legacy, leadership, and global perspective to drive sustainable growth across industries.

Captain Bhagirath Singh Solanki is a skilled commercial pilot and aviation professional with extensive experience in India’s Charter Aviation sector. For the past five years, he has been associated with Charlie Foxtrot Aviation Pvt. Ltd., where he has honed his expertise in private and corporate air operations, safety management, and flight coordination.Before his aviation career, Captain Solanki contributed to Sainik Mining and Allied Services Pvt. Ltd., working on major projects across Jharkhand and Odisha, gaining valuable experience in large-scale operations and logistical planning.An alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer, and Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai, Captain Solanki has also undergone professional pilot training at renowned institutes including Fly Tech Aviation Academy (Hyderabad), Ambition Flying Academy (Aligarh), and Aviator Training Academy (Gauteng, South Africa).Combining technical precision with managerial insight, Captain Solanki represents a new generation of aviation leaders—committed to operational excellence, innovation, and building a strong foundation for Tara Aviation’s growth in India’s charter and private aviation space.
